- Where do I find my document checklist?Open Documents in the dashboard for the selected application. The checklist reflects its Visa Type and may change when applicant facts or published preparation rules change.
- How do I upload application documents?Open a document item, select Upload or Add files, and save PDF, JPEG, or PNG files. Each file can be up to 10 MB; the current workspace supports multiple files for one requirement.
- Can I replace or remove an uploaded document?While the application is editable, open the document workspace to replace a saved file or remove it. Historical versions may remain for review and audit.
- Does Atelix extract data from my documents?Document processing can propose candidate fields for preparation. You must confirm applicant facts yourself, and the team reviews originals separately.
- What happens if a document needs changes?A reviewer can accept a file or request a clearer or corrected version. Read the reason in Documents, then replace or supplement the affected file and resubmit the set when prompted.
