1. Who we are
Atelix AI Inc (EIN 35-2983946), 8 The Green STE R, Dover, Delaware, United States, operates our digital platform. PT ARCANA WANGSA KENCANA (NIB 1811250080532), JL. Kemanggisan Ilir 3 no C9, Jakarta Barat, Indonesia, handles our Indonesian operations. We trade as Atelix. Your accepted quote identifies the company providing your paid service.
The companies handle personal data for their respective platform and local service responsibilities. For privacy questions or requests, email Info@atelix.si or write to either address above.
2. What we collect
The information we handle depends on the service you request:
- Account and identity information, including your name, email and login details.
- Applicant answers, visa selection, travel details and relevant case history.
- Supporting documents, including passports, photographs, proof of funds and other evidence needed for your route.
- Document review results, corrections, applicant confirmations and case progress.
- Payment amounts, transaction references and refund records. We do not retain full payment card numbers.
- Your inquiries and messages with our team.
- Device information, security logs, cookies and service usage information.
We receive information from you, our account and payment providers, our case communications and, for an authorized filing, the relevant authorities. Financial information, children’s data, and any required health, biometric or criminal records receive the specific protections required by applicable law. Provide only relevant records and have lawful authority to supply another person’s information.
3. How we use it
We use your information to manage your account, assess and prepare your requested visa service, review evidence, communicate about your case, collect fees, handle refunds, coordinate authorized filings and meet recordkeeping and legal obligations. Automated tools assist with document checks; you confirm your applicant details and staff review the evidence before filing.
Processing relies on your contract or requested steps before a contract, legal obligations, proportionate legitimate interests for security and disputes, or consent where required. Document processing and an optional saved applicant profile have separate consent choices. Signup does not authorize marketing or unrelated processing. You can withdraw consent; this may affect services that need the information.
4. Who we share it with
Information is available to authorized case staff and confidential advisers, and to providers supporting hosting, account access, document storage and review, payments and service communications. For an authorized filing, we share necessary information with Indonesian Immigration, official visa channels, or the relevant embassy or consulate. We may also disclose information to courts, regulators, law enforcement or advisers when lawfully required.
We do not sell personal data. We limit access to the work required and use reasonable safeguards. No system is completely secure. Report a concern to Info@atelix.si. Incident notices follow applicable Indonesian and US law, including the PDP Law’s written notice within 3 × 24 hours where required.
5. International transfers
Personal data is stored primarily in Singapore and accessed by our operations in Indonesia and the United States. Some providers process data in other countries. Transfers are subject to the contracts and other safeguards those laws require. Filings go to the authority in its country.
6. How long we keep it
We retain information for the service, payment and refund records, tax, disputes and other lawful requirements. Request account closure or deletion at Info@atelix.si. Eligible account documents and applicant records are scheduled for cleanup, except where retention or a legal hold is required.
Ask Info@atelix.si for the current operating retention periods.
Account closure normally makes eligible documents and optional profiles due for cleanup after seven days. Processing records, backups and records held by payment providers or authorities may follow separate schedules. We cannot erase copies already lawfully held by an authority. Unsubscribing from marketing does not close your account.
7. Your rights
You may request information about processing, access or a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent, or a portable copy, subject to applicable law. You may object to solely automated decisions with significant effects and seek applicable remedies. Email Info@atelix.si or write to either operator address. We verify your identity or representative’s authority and respond within the legal deadline.
Where US state privacy laws apply, you may also exercise applicable opt-out, sensitive-information and appeal rights without unlawful discrimination. Send requests or appeals to the same contact. You can complain to the competent Indonesian authority, the FTC, or your state attorney general or privacy regulator, as applicable.
8. Cookies
Necessary cookies and browser storage support account access, security, preferences and finder results. Browser settings let you manage them, although disabling necessary storage can affect the service. Optional analytics, advertising or marketing that requires consent must have a separate choice before it starts.
9. Children
Account holders must be at least 18 and legally able to contract. Contact us before arranging a service for a child or dependent; the current workspace is for your own application. Child information requires lawful parent or guardian authority and consent under the PDP Law.
Our service is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that information was collected directly from a child without the required authorization, we investigate and arrange appropriate removal or restriction. The US Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) applies where its conditions are met. Parents or guardians can contact Info@atelix.si about a child’s information.
10. Changes
Updates to this policy are published with the effective date and revision. We notify you of material processing changes and obtain further consent where the law requires it. Both Indonesian and English versions are available.
