What to upload

  The provider preparation checklist asks for passport validity of at least 6 months. Confirm the selected duration with Atelix; the official route minimum is listed separately.

  Scan the complete passport identity page, including the photo, passport number, issue/expiry dates and machine-readable lines at the bottom. Keep every edge visible and avoid glare.

  Your passport must have at least six months of validity. Use the same passport and spelling as your application.

• Recent colour photo

  Use a recent colour portrait, facing the camera, with a neutral expression and no blur, filters or objects covering your face.

  Prepare JPG/JPEG or PNG, at least 400 × 600 pixels and no more than 2 MB for government filing. Keep the head and chin within the frame; the head should occupy about 50–60% of the image height.

  Use a photograph taken within the last year. Atelix accepts originals up to 10 MB, but the government photo limit is smaller.

• Return or onward ticket

  Upload the airline booking or e-ticket showing your full name, booking reference, departure date and destination outside Indonesia.

  The traveller name must match your passport. Show the onward journey clearly if you are travelling to another country rather than returning home.

• Current visa or stay permit

  Upload your current visa or stay permit with holder name, permit number and expiry readable.

  Include the entry or permit pages requested for your current status. Use the current issued document rather than only a pending application receipt.

* This is an in-country service, not permission to enter Indonesia. Current permit and eligibility must be checked; Visa on Arrival and visa-free stays cannot be assumed convertible.

* Visa on Arrival is excluded from the 20% package discount. Initial VoA retains its existing service fee; extensions need a quote.
