Requirements

• E31C: Passport/travel document valid at least 6 months; route-specific non-national document exceptions apply.
• E31C: Recent colour photo taken within previous year.
• E31C: Last 3 months bank statements showing at least USD2,000/equivalent; applicant/guarantor account where permitted.
• E31C: CV/personal history.
• E31C: Travel itinerary/history as stated.
• E31C: Indonesian parent visa request, birth certificate/reporting, parents marriage evidence and Indonesian parent family card; foreign marriage certificate needs sworn Indonesian translation as stated.

What to upload

• Passport identity page

  Visa index E31C: Family Visa for a Child.

  Scan the complete passport identity page, including the photo, passport number, issue/expiry dates and machine-readable lines at the bottom. Keep every edge visible and avoid glare.

  Your passport must have at least six months of validity. Use the same passport and spelling as your application.

• Recent colour photo

  Visa index E31C: Family Visa for a Child.

  Use a recent colour portrait, facing the camera, with a neutral expression and no blur, filters or objects covering your face.

  Prepare JPG/JPEG or PNG, at least 400 × 600 pixels and no more than 2 MB for government filing. Keep the head and chin within the frame; the head should occupy about 50–60% of the image height.

  Use a photograph taken within the last year. Atelix accepts originals up to 10 MB, but the government photo limit is smaller.

  Include a translation with the original when needed to make the parentage readable. Keep names consistent with the child’s passport and parent identity records.
