Requirements

• E30A: Passport/travel document valid at least 6 months; route-specific non-national document exceptions apply.
• E30A: Recent colour photo taken within previous year.
• E30A: Last 3 months bank statements showing at least USD2,000/equivalent; applicant/guarantor account where permitted.
• E30A: CV/personal history.
• E30A: Travel itinerary/history as stated.
• E30A: Individual or relevant education-institution guarantee; acceptance letter stating programme duration.
• E30A: Electronic uploads: PDF or JPEG; linked format/size rules need separate verification.

What to upload

• Passport identity page

  Visa index E30A: School Student ITAS.

  Scan the complete passport identity page, including the photo, passport number, issue/expiry dates and machine-readable lines at the bottom. Keep every edge visible and avoid glare.

  Your passport must have at least six months of validity. Use the same passport and spelling as your application.

• Recent colour photo

  Visa index E30A: School Student ITAS.

  Use a recent colour portrait, facing the camera, with a neutral expression and no blur, filters or objects covering your face.

  Prepare JPG/JPEG or PNG, at least 400 × 600 pixels and no more than 2 MB for government filing. Keep the head and chin within the frame; the head should occupy about 50–60% of the image height.

  Use a photograph taken within the last year. Atelix accepts originals up to 10 MB, but the government photo limit is smaller.

• Personal bank statements

  Visa index E30A: School Student ITAS.

  Upload bank-issued statements for the latest three months. Include all pages showing your account-holder name, statement period, currency, transactions and closing balance.

  Use complete monthly statements downloaded from your bank rather than a cropped balance screenshot. Keep the name consistent with your passport.

• School admission letter

  Visa index E30A: School Student ITAS.

  Ask the school for its issued admission or acceptance letter identifying the student, programme and intended study period.

  Upload the complete letter with the institution name, contact details and signatory readable. A payment receipt alone does not explain the student’s admission.

• Education sponsor guarantee

  Visa index E30A: School Student ITAS.

  Upload the signed visa application and guarantee from the responsible education sponsor.

  Keep the student name, institution or sponsor identity and study period consistent with the admission letter. Include the complete signed pages.

• Parent or guardian identity

  Visa index E30A: School Student ITAS.

  For a minor student, upload the responsible parent or guardian’s passport or KTP identity document.

  Include the identity and relationship records requested by the school. Keep the guardian name consistent with the school’s responsibility or guarantee documents.
