You can cancel an eligible draft or application awaiting payment from Manage case. Completed and cancelled applications remain readable in Application List.
What should I do?
- Open the application in your dashboard.
- Use Manage case if cancellation is available.
- Use Application List to read completed or cancelled records.
What should I know?
Cancellation does not automatically refund a captured payment. Filed or decided cases cannot be cancelled through this control.
