- How do I start or resume an application?Select Get started on a Visa Type. After sign-in, Atelix resumes an open application for the same Visa Type or asks you to confirm a new one.
- How do I save applicant details?Open the Application section in your dashboard, enter the requested facts, and save. Review the saved values before you confirm and submit.
- What do the application steps mean?The dashboard shows seven steps from selection and preparation through government review and the final outcome. A planning date is an estimate, and a step is complete only when its actual work is recorded.
- How do I submit my application details for review?Save and confirm your applicant details, then select Submit application. Atelix records a review snapshot; this is not an official visa filing.
- How do I submit documents for review?Upload the required preparation files, then use Submit documents in the dashboard. Atelix reviews the saved set and may request corrections.
- Can I cancel or view an old application?You can cancel an eligible draft or application awaiting payment from Manage case. Completed and cancelled applications remain readable in Application List.
